Many letting agents charge landlords a percentage of the monthly rent for ongoing property management. We don't. At Oliver Hudson, our Fully Managed service is offered for one straightforward monthly management fee of £119 per property.
Why? Because a higher monthly rent doesn't necessarily mean more management — and we don't believe our fee should automatically increase simply because your rental income does.

Our fully managed service is end to end management, from marketing and tenant placement to rent reviews, inspections, maintenance and legal compliance. This comprehensive service allows you to relax while we handle the day to day responsibilities throughout the tenancy.
Initial new contract fee:
£225 (includes inventory, floor plan & professional photographs, viewings, move in).
This fee drops to £175 for subsequent lets
More rent should mean more money for you, not the letting agent.

Let only. One off fee £440.
This service is for you if you wish to manage the property and tenancy yourself.
But require assistance with market research, advertising, viewings, tenant applications, referencing, tenant placement, compliance, safety certificates, photography, deposits and preparing legal tenancy documentation prior to the let beginning.
We take care of everything up until the tenant moves into the property.
